This chiropractic practice provides high quality care to the Ballito and Salt Rock community. We welcome the whole family, from newborns to adults, moms-to-be and grandparents. People of all backgrounds and interests can benefit from our range of treatments.
We understand that no two patients are the same, which is why your treatment plan is formed with you in mind. Our focus is getting you out of pain first, then restoring full mobility and returning you to activity. We are here to help you every step of the way.
Some of the many conditions we treat are lower back pain, headaches, vertigo, extremity injuries such as ACL or ankle sprains, chronic pain, scar sensitivity, muscular tightness and tears, alignment issues and colic.

Dr Kate Dinkelmann
Dr Kate Dinkelmann completed her master’s degree in chiropractic at DUT, KZN. Committed to providing all rounded care to her patients, she is also certified in massage therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation, fascia, and scar mobilisation. Kate is also one of the few chiropractors to have completed the Paediatric course offered by the University of Johannesburg.
Kate is a member of the Chiropractic Association of South Africa as well as the Paediatric Chiropractic Association of South Africa, which allows her access to information on the latest best practice principles in the profession.
As an exercise enthusiast, she personally advocates for an active and balanced lifestyle. Kate is friendly and committed to helping the North Coast community.
