Dr Kate Dinkelmann Chiropractic provides personalised, evidence-informed chiropractic care to the Ballito and Salt Rock communities. Our approach focuses on reducing pain, restoring movement and helping you return to the activities you love. Through hands-on care, exercise and practical advice, we aim to empower you with the tools to maintain long-term health and wellbeing.
We commonly treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, pregnancy-related discomfort, sports and running injuries, joint pain and movement restrictions. Our goal is to help patients of all ages move well, stay active and enjoy healthier lives.

Dr Kate Dinkelmann
Dr Kate Dinkelmann completed her master’s degree in chiropractic at DUT, KZN. Committed to providing well-rounded care to her patients, she is also certified in massage therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation, fascia, and scar mobilisation. Kate is one of the few chiropractors to have completed postgraduate training in Paediatric Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg.
Kate is a member of the Chiropractic Association of South Africa as well as the Paediatric Chiropractic Association of South Africa, giving her access to the latest evidence-based practices and developments within the profession.
As an exercise enthusiast, wife, and mother, Kate personally advocates an active and balanced lifestyle. Her experiences both in sport and motherhood have strengthened her passion for helping individuals and families move, function, and feel their best through every stage of life. Kate is friendly, approachable, and committed to serving the North Coast community.
